  Dona Wolf retired from the U.S. Federal Government after serving in executive positions in the Department of Housing and Urban Development, Agency for International Development, U.S. Congress, and Office of Personnel Management, where she was Director of Policy and Director of Human Resources Development with the responsibility for training policy and training programs for 1.8 million Federal civil servants.
  
  Dona has recently returned to work as Director of Human Resources for the Town of Leesburg, Virginia.
  
  She is a Fellow in the National Academy of Public Administration and a lifelong member of the American Society for Public Administration.
