Cindy serves as the Assistant to the Dean in the area of human resources for the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. She oversees all personnel actions, faculty renewals, hiring procedures, and changes in employment status. Cindy joined the LAS staff in 1982 and has been employed by Iowa State since 1978.
