Carolyn Cason Brick Section D - Row 10
Carolyn was a professor in the Institution Management Department in the 40's & 50's. She left ISU to be director of Food Service at Rice University and retired from that position. We were students of Carolyn's in the 50's and went on to work for her at Rice U. She was a fine mentor for us as students and as young women in the work force. Carol Sibley Garner (I.Mgt.
