Pi Beta Phi Woods Sisters


Charline Woods Reese was a graduate of Ames High School and from Iowa State College in 1925. She was a member of Iowa Gamma of Pi Beta Phi. She attended Prince Business School in Boston, Massachusetts, and taught in Miss Farmer's School of Cookery. She practiced her institutional management (her major) skills in restaurant management in that city. After her marriage to Eldridge Reese, they moved to Pacific Palisades, California, where she was very active in community garden work as a volunteer. Her husband was active in truck leasing business. They had one son, David Woods Weston, who preceded his mother in death by eight months in 1994. 7/1/96
