A tribute to one's sister almost seems to go against the "Code of Brotherhood" and the obligation to tease. But I will do my best.
I choose to honor my sister, MARILYN GAIL HANSON, in this Plaza of Heroines because of what she has taught me about life: be willing to try new things, care about other people, enjoy the world around us, and be firm to your convictions. It is a difficult standard to achieve, even though she is able to make it look easy. She makes a difference in the world around her.
I thank God and proudly tell the world that Marilyn is my sister!
