Anne Charles

Brick Section C - Row 21

Anne Charles always has given freely of herself to the community and her family. When there's a need, she sees it gets filled -- whether it's becoming a driving force behind establishing a community care center for the elderly or teaching her children the meaning of compassion and dedication.

Her love of art led her to be an early supporter of the local art community, and her own artistic talents have taken her into stichery and weaving.

She always has a friendly smile for people and a willing ear for their joys and concerns. She gave freely of herself to her children, frequently volunteering to lead scout groups, providing cookies for a school bake sale or anything else that needed to be done.

She has always served as an example of how optimism and compassion can be combined with strength and resolve to better the world.

The community couldn't have asked for a better resident, and we children couldn't have asked for a better mother. 5/5/94
