Phyllis Sonquist Lansing

Dayon, Iowa

Brick Section D - Row 24

I nominate Phyllis Sonquist Lansing in that she uses her talents in the service of others. From her birth to the present she has made a large number of contributions in diverse areas--and it is always done with intelligence and good humor. Whether in a church program, a literacy program, a choir or in her professional role as a medical librarian--teaching and researching-- she focuses on the need, develops the plan of action and carries through. She does this cheerfully and with great humanity and sensitivity. Over
her lifetime she has accumulated a mass of grateful admirers and serves as an example to us all.
