| Shanta, my mother, passed away when I was quite young. A woman of conviction, Shanta had a sharp memory and courage to take a stand - despite her health problems. I think, I owe her a great deal for the progress I've made in my life - including my Master's studies at ISU. It will be a fitting tribute to enliven her memory at my beloved alma mater, ISU. 1/27/95 |
