| My mother deserves a medal for her role in raising 9 children. She taught by example: hard work, prayer, good deeds. Her on going prayer for her children is that they have high moral standards -- no small task in today’s world. The dividends of her fervent example and guidance are evident many times over -- in her children’s spouses, their children and friends. And... after the joys, headaches, and heartaches of putting her own 9 children on such good footing, she and my dad hosted a foreign exchange student! 4/15/94 |
