Marguerite was born August 30, 1918 in New York, New York. She graduated from New York Evening High School in 1937 and from Hunter College in 1941. She was a member of the Chemistry Honorary Society at Hunter. In February, 1941 she applied to graduate school at ISU to complete advanced degrees in Biochemistry. 12/28/93
