Adelaide "Addie" Garret McClean Martin, the eldest child of Hannah and Horatio McClean was born March 2, 1856 in Moundsville, West Virginia. She married Walter Edwin Martin, a farmer, April 23, 1874 in Muscatine County, Iowa. They had six children. Addie died March 4, 1941 and is buried in the Harker Cemetery near Sweetland in Muscatine County. 6/95
