Zonta International's 1976-1980 International Service Project is the improvement of the quality of life of women and children in one of the world's poorest countries, Columbia. In cooperation with UNICEF, Zonta is funding the establishment of neighberhood centers that provide integrated education and health services in marginal urban slums. 7/1/96
