| Iowa Gamma chapter of Pi Beta Phi and 1948 Iowa State graduate. Her two daughters, Christine M. Pardekooper [1971] and Lynn C. Anderson [1977], are also Iowa State graduates. During the forty years she and her husband, Kenneth 0. Anderson (ISU, 1947), lived in Erie, Pennsyivania, she was an active volunteer serving as school board member, county library board president, preschool director, and state president of PEO. After retirement, the Anderson's returned to Ames, where she continues in many volunteer positions. 7/1/96 |
