A woman who grew up in Mason City, was the 50th Centennial queen for Mason City. She had 4 sons, two of which attended Iowa State. Each son graduated from college and became successful in different fields. Louise was very religious in her life. She instilled a strong Catholic faith in each of her sons and eventually her Husband. Her lifetime work began in the 20's, through the depression and World War II. She finally retired in 1972 only to have her retirement shortened in 1973 when she died. 11/27/94
