Louise L'Engle was an assistant professor in Foods and Nutrition from approximately 1939-1941. Her philosophy that foods can be an adventure has kept me fascinated with the unusual, the ordinary, the foreign, all these years. I can't tell you the adventures my husband (Chem E '42) and I enjoyed while following Miss L'Engle's words.12/31/97
