We, John B. Harper, Nancy Harper Schneider, and Joseph Schneider, are honoring our mother and mother-in-law on the occasion of her 80th birthday (November 12, 1994). For over five decades, she has served as a mentor and role model for women from all walks of life, through her leadership in community, college, and church organizations. Her many accomplishments cited below demonstrate a life-long commitment to the service of her community and the cause of dignity and true equality for all women. She has accomplished much for these many organizations, while remaining a dedicated and nurturing wife and mother.
