Marcia, daughter of Betty Ann and Dennis Keeney, is a professional dietitian and homemaker. Marcia, born in Ames March 28, 1962, moved with her parents to Middleton, Wisconsin in 1967. A leader in numerous high school activities, Marcia graduated from the University of Wisconsin, Madison as a certified dietitian. She spent a year in the Peace Corps with her husband, Lief Carlson, teaching nutrition in a small village in a remote area of Sierra Leone. She is mother of a daughter, Maureen, born in Plymouth, WI April 9, 1989 and twins Lars
