Connie E Davis Cresco, Iowa, USA Paver Area 8
This granite stone is placed here in honor of our mother and grandmother, Constance Engeseth Davis (1900-1984). She taught 1st grade for nearly 45 years. She combined a family and a career long before it was commonplace. Her three children (including son Robert E. Davis) are all graduates of ISU as are two of her granddaughters. Education was very important to Mom - she instilled a love of learning in her family and her students. 8/29/94
