I am pleased to honor Penny Rice, my spouse, my partner, my heroine, and a true agent of change. Every life touched by Penny is changed in a way that raises the level of honesty, truth, justice, and love in the world. Her heart is huge. Her quest for knowledge is relentless. She has overcome tremendous hurdles in her life and seeks to lessen the hurdles others face. She is mother to two gifted children – the gifts all originating in her heart. I am the luckiest life of all to be touched by Penny. To honor her among so many other courageous women that have changed the world is my honor.
