Guidelines for Submitting Nominations for all LAS Awards

• All LAS awards nominations are due January 16, 2008.
  
• The original packet, including nomination form, plus 7 copies should be submitted for each nomination.
• PLEASE NOTE: All nomination packets for University Awards must include a nomination form.

• The on-line awards descriptions include a PDF with:
  • Nomination form
  • Required supporting documents
  • Awards descriptions
    
• Nomination letters should be addressed to Doug Epperson, associate dean, College of Liberal Arts and Sciences.
  
• Do not staple or bind the original nomination. Copies should be stapled.
  
• THE SAME NOMINATION MAY BE SUBMITTED FOR SIMILAR IOWA STATE AND LAS AWARDS.
  
• Complete listing of LAS awards on-line
  
• Deliver packets to Dave Gieseke, College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, 223 Catt Hall.
