Get the scoop on careers with LAS spring workshop series

The College of Liberal Arts and Sciences Office of Career Services will host a week-long workshop series March 21 to April 4.

The workshops will focus on resume writing, interviewing tips, a tutorial on how to utilize Iowa State's Career Management Service web site and a look at selecting a benefits package. The workshops will be held in Catt Hall.

The workshops will be conducted by LAS Career Services staff members including Steve Kravinsky, director; Kim Caponi, assistant director; and student employees Danae Simonsen, Kala King and Rachel Rouse. The benefits package sessions will be held Monday, March 31, and Thursday, April 3, and will be given by Ann Merkley of the Principal Financial Group.

Free ice cram will be provided at each workshop session.
