Math assessments
Math assessments are given online before you
come to orientation. Take these at a personal computer- from home, or
school, or the public library. A Broadband/DSL connection is highly recommended
for this site. Once you have made your reservation for orientation,
you will receive a confirmation letter from the college of Liberal Arts &
Sciences. This letter will indicate if you should take the math placement assessments
based on your intended major and your ACT or SAT scores.
If you still have questions after receiving your confirmation letter call us
at 515-294-6509 or e-mail us at lasorient@iastate.edu.
